      There are so many opportunities to learn and grow your skills. The people at Zachry are talented and professional and have been great at sharing their knowledge and expertise.

      Cons

      It is a large company so it can be hard to get connected but if you put in the effort, the opportunities are there.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
