      Good people in the field

      Cons

      Pay is lower than comparable companies, they haven’t upgraded Benefits are slim. They have down graded. Hours are extremely horrible and volatile Work life balance is impossible Unsafe place to work Corporate Management completely out of touch with real world / field problems and solutions They preach they care and value, but they do not take care of their employees. Many, many employees are walking out on this company.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
