      Great team, great boss, great learning opportunity, etc.

      Cons

      Poor project leadership and lack of communication between departments. If you're not part of the construction team (i.e. craft superintendent, project manager, planner, etc.) every problem is your fault. "Construction does no wrong" is the motto.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
