      Pros

      Good benefits, overall friendly climate and comfortable working environment. Enjoyed the work and schedule. Well supplied to perform my duties without lacking anything.

      Cons

      Middle management not trained well, do not follow employee relationship handbook, sub-par pay. "Good 'Ole boy" club in many departments make it hard to get a fair evaluation. Lower management keeps changing direct without updating - leaving those under him to figure it out.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
