      Pros

      Zachry is a family owned private company that was based on family values for many many years. Towards the end of my employment they bought another company and brought quite a few of those employees into leadership roles and changed some of the overall philosophies and overall attitudes towards employees.

      Cons

      not the best pay. not the best atmosphere.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
