      Pros

      Great atmosphere, wonderful and highly enthusiastic people, company cares about it's employees and it is visible, been around for 90 years in August and they adapt to the cyclical market, but they take their core values with them...

      Cons

      Not the highest paying company, but with all the benefits I believe that is irrelavent.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
