Pros
While Zachry Nuclear is part of a larger company, this business unit is run like a small business. They are very focused on maintaining the brand and ensuring that the customer is happy. This leads to future work. Management is very flexible with regards to work arrangements and is very reasonable. Compensation is very good.
Cons
In order to better serve customers, Zachry Nuclear often enters projects with very difficult to meat deadlines and budget. This often leads to very high work loads and stressful conditions. Overtime should be expected; however, it shouldn't be expected every week. Benefits are expensive.
