      Pros

      Great company to work for because they genuinely care about employees. Corporate culture is pleasant environment to work in. Senior leaders are approachable and easy to talk to. Full benefits package and employee perks. A company to work many years. People at corporate office are genuinely nice and make coming to work enjoyable. Positive and promising company outlook.

      Work/life balance No ability to work remotely if needed due to illness.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
