Pros
Not much... well at least they didn't cut my pay like they did to other employees.
Cons
All they care about is themselves. Preach safety but it's "do as I say not as I do." Constantly handing out paperwork to cover their butts. They don't care if you get hurt as long as it doesn't hurt their company. They frequently give instructions that goes against what BASF instructs us to do. They also make jobs significantly more difficult because they do not want to supply the correct tools/machinery to do the job properly. This is solely because they do not want to spend the money. However, most of the time BASF tells temperature to order those tools/machinery for that specific job. I know many people that work for BASF and none of them like having Zachry work for them. Everyone I have talked to has had only negative things to say about them.
