      Pros

      I loved working for and with many people at Zachry. Traveled all over the US with them and enjoyed seeing new things. I learned a lot while working with many people. Company believes in training employees

      Cons

      Management team in GA had poor communication skills and they were not willing to properly assess workers performance to offer help with improvement and obtainable goals.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
