      Pros

      The people are great to work with and it's a great culture. You can tell the management team cares about its workers.

      Cons

      Its still a small company so there are ups and downs of lack of resources. Its sometimes hard to grow if you cant get everything you need but we do get support.

      Very close to Bart and cal train

      Cons

      CEO praises culture, but is super fake about it. Because this company was built on an MLM background (pyramid scheme) all they do is tell stories of the company and who’s being backed by it. Once upon a time they said Gary V was an investor which was a huge lie. They say all these great things about the company to make new comers feel like they hit the jackpot, but few months in we all could smell the BS reeking in the rooms. Pay is extremely low. CEO doesn’t have good leadership skills. CEO isn’t open minded to new things great way to run a business.
