Pros
Like other big company, ZTE has standard training flow, documentation requirement and working flow. Can access all kinds of design tools, devices. Colleagues are nice. Basic salary and bonus package are increasing quickly.
Cons
Project plan changes quickly, most time it's hard or impossible finish within the given time. Need to volunteer work extra hours. Salary is relatively lower than competitor.
