Pay is awful, abuse from customers, upper management in venue is terrible (infighting, gossiping, trying to take the others job, spread rumours about multiple members of the team). Try to pursue the matter further, but higher ups will only protect upper management because lower staff members are replaceable. Discrimination against anyone who is working elsewhere, studying or cannot commit to coming in whenever needed at the drop of a hat.
