Needs improvement - Intake Specialist ZOLL Medical Employee Review

If management doesn’t see you as a “favorite” from the beginning, they will treat you like crap. You will be passed up for every promotion and opportunity. Only the favorites move up and get special treatment (i.e: work from home, getting to move jobs before pre-requisite is met, etc). Management seems nonexistent, only one manager remains out of what was once 4. The “manager” acts more like a tyrant than anything and has no clue how to do our daily job function. Seems to be commonplace for leadership roles to have no idea what the rung below them does, yet they oversee them.
