Excellent exposure to key cardiologists. Fun product to sell. Excellent patient interaction and opportunity to educate. Good potential earning for TOP reps.
Cons
Disconnected Senior Management. Unrealistic quota expectations. Underpaid internal support staff who are not qualified to do their job in the medical arena. Cheap company. Not an entrepreneurial spirit. Like to do things the way they have always been done. Reluctant to listen to field sales personnel and make small, realistic changes. Poor base salary for the level of experience they are expecting. Inability to hire good people because of company reputation.
