Cons
The organization is poorly run. The corporate office and sales teams have different objectives making it difficult to work together efficiently. SSRs support regions which consist of multiple reps, it is also their responsibility to cover vacant territories. Since there is an extremely high turnover of sales reps, this can leave an SSR having 2-3 full time positions making on salary. Say goodbye to weekends. The bonus structure for SSRs is structured as their sales quota, eventually not attainable.
