      You'll become a guru of javascript, You'll leaned a lot to deal with modern browser in every perspective.

      Cons

      You have to become a guru of javascript, if you are not that good at software development your voice won't be heard. And though this company's product is based on java, a pure java developer who dreamed to build new product from scratch won't be happy in this company.
