It's a fast growing organization that has boundless potential as a business and for the team profressionally. Able to be well integrated with projects that you can see direct impact on with the business and have voice heard, feeling that the input is taken serious. Have experienced several improvements with benefits and perks with the job and who doesn't love being able to have your dog at work!

Similar to the pro, with a fast pace and high growth environment, change is inevitable. Have to be able to adapt to the changes and the direction. Might not be a fit for everyone.
