      Pros

      The Pros of working for ZIM are the great benefits. Zim looks out for the employees in many ways. they have socials to boost morale, and awesome Christmas and Holiday parties/ Events.

      Cons

      One challenge of working for Zim is the pay. They should also screen their employees better. It appears to that you can get a job or get ahead based on who you know. The workload has increased without the incentive of more pay.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
