      Pros

      The company runs very interesting and challenging I.T. projects on a global scale, which provides the opportunity to employees to learn and gain experience in many new technologies. The professional teams are multicultural and comprise mostly of very talented and high quality staff. There are many agencies worldwide and thus there are sometimes opportunities for relocation. The company has a low staff turnover with the majority of employees having worked here for 20+ years. Tenure provides job and income stability.

      Company debts, reduction in salary and perks, imminent reduction in staff and move of HQ out of Israel

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
