Pros
Agile company with fast and direct access to Senior Management , decision making process thus becomes faster . Management is willing to listen and adopt possible changes if logically proven . Target oriented and focuses on performance and KPI.
Cons
Bottom up approach sometimes doesn’t show the clear guidance and future strategy . Too many reporting structure at certain domains which makes the decision following problematic.
