      Fast moving work environment, the company literally innovates on the move... Today's idea would be field tested the next week, results debated for a day and launched in it's full glory if found worth while...

      Cons

      Attrition levels... either they stay for long or they just move on... Nearly every education company in India has an Ex Zee Learn employee if not a couple of them...

      Pros

      Mobility Decent pay-masters Stable - this is not a company that will stop operations or shut down Tenacity - nobody gives up Work-life balance (provided you can stand your ground and say no)

      Cons

      Systems are made and changed as you go along. There is a vision, but the emphasis was always on getting things done "somehow" and not with sustainability in mind Highly people-dependent, political system. Disconnect between line managers and HO managers
