Every week your pay check will be short, One time Dave the owner wanted me to clean the truck I said ok no problem I said are you going to sign my rental ticket he said your not going to get paid for that and I want you to use Windex I said are you going to reimburse me for the Windex he said NO that is your deal so not only did the owner Dave want me to clean his truck for free but I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean his truck for free, if you want to work for free a lot of times this is the job for you. If you don't believe me you can call their 2 union locals 142 in Gary Indiana and local 731 Burr Ridge Illinois and ask the business agents who represent them how many grievances were filed with this company short changing their employees every pay check. So with the money your short changed every paycheck you basically paying 100 percent for your own Union benefits .
