Salary on time Some projects very high quality with with reputated client ( but not all projects only some).
Cons
Contract renewal every 3 years Not recommended at all for someone holding transferable iqama Increment in salary after 3 years between ( 300 - 2000) saudi riyals and mostly 500 saudi riyals For non saudi you expect to delay your vacaction or renewing your iqama or any official papars due to very bad administration Bad work environment in some project ( as example : king faisal teaching hospital project in hofuf city we worked with rats on our desk and without any services for our office . no water or any drink you should bring by you , no papers and printer not working ...
