I reported for engineering in Michigan but my job was to help manufacturing with product problems.Engineering is awesome to work with,Lot of knowledge,very nice people,flexible hours,very considerate of personal situations,and everyone comes together to solve issues that are pressing.
Cons
poor health benefits, bonus plan not good, the management team for operations in the Marion assembly plant are very arrogant,they act like they own the entire company and are also technically incapable of responding to changing needs in the industry.
