Really friendly colleagues, eager to help out, interesting projects, sense of purpose (in helping the client, etc.)
Cons
Management is unable to remove a toxic colleague from the workplace or discipline them in any way, management has no backbone (colleague was critical to the project however behaviour was nonetheless unacceptable) Trying to cut costs at every corner (never got an IDE license even though the whole team had one, repeatedly requesting for 6 months) Salary was sub-par
