      - If you have no other options it is better than unemployment - Rarely have layoffs - If you are looking for an easy job this place is it - Brand new office area with height adjustable desks

      Cons

      - Pay is bad - Bonuses are terrible - Almost zero chance for advancement or promotion - All new projects go to Germany and only left overs come to US locations
