      Pros

      Company has many challenges nd a pool of talents in different countries where you can either get a job offer in another place or even hire/bring talents from somewhere else

      Cons

      Above certain level there is no diversity, at all. If you are not a German men you must leave the organization in order to growth. Also decision are too centralized under few people in Germany.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
