Pros
ZF overall is excellent company, enough innovation and creativity, good place for career growth.
Cons
Few people in system are spoiling the entire atmosphere of ZF group in Hyderabad. Lot of preference to few inefficient people within HR team. Lady at leadership level is actually weak and incompetent. Atmosphere is quiet toxic.
