      1. Can't work from anywhere in Pandemic (need to work from Hyderabad location only) 2. If you are at Mid level management role need to balance between expectation from counterparts and Local management 3. Need to improve appraisal process

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
