1. Quality of work is very good now. Te team enjoys working in these emerging technology 2. Work from home well supported by management specially during Covid times 3. Good leadership team at TCI.. very supportive.. though we would like some more availability 4. The e-mobility leadership is good and has lot of plans for the future
Cons
1. HR policies can be improved. There is still some missing clarity 2. Response time for queries to be improved 3. Work from anywhere should be implemented... 4. laptops should be given for all employees
