      Good Salary, Social responsablility secured by the Union

      Cons

      Centralized management and very hierarchial and unefficient organization. Might change from location to location though.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
