Pros
Some pretty good co-workers that will help train , air conditioning ,breaks, free bottled water. They have decent insurance but it's expensive, but I guess it is everywhere.
Cons
Pretty rough environment, you have to start at the bottom of the seniority list, which means you end up on an off shift and getting the hardest jobs. It's a 2 tier pay level so you will work with someone doing the same job making $6 to $10 less. They start at around $10 or less. When they get busy they want you to live there practically
