When I joined, I was told that I would be given the position of Senior Oracle DBA, but instead, I was assigned the role of Team Lead. They negotiated my salary three to four times, and each time, I accepted their terms. Eventually, I joined at the package they offered. However, after joining, I found out that I was actually hired for the Team Lead position. Additionally, they mistakenly overpaid me for about six to seven months. I highlighted this issue myself and informed them. As soon as they realized the overpayment, they quickly arranged a meeting to explain a repayment plan, suggesting that they would deduct small amounts monthly to make it easier for me. But I chose to repay the full amount in one shot. In my current role and with the client I am assigned to, I often have to work 18 to 20 hours. I have repeatedly raised concerns with the company, asking them to discuss these issues with the client, but there has been no response. Initially, they would at least reply to emails with some kind of response, but now they neither reply to emails nor answer calls. Javeed is a fraud; he never answers calls and does nothing to support his employees in discussions with the client. Please do not join this company. After joining this company, I understood why people commit suicide because of their jobs.
