professional and organized, colleagues are helpful

-management and hr are terrible -customers got their accounts locked for fraud or have their money lost in transfer all the time and I mean all the time. Now I’m not sure if people were actually doing fraud but I’m almost positive when their money supposedly got “lost in transfer” (we were told to blame it on the receiving bank) that zen was just keeping the money.
