The company management reeks of nepotism and has created a highly toxic work environment. They lack any sort of leadership abilities and instead control through intimidation and harassment. Respect? Absent. Trust? Absent. Actions? Disrespectful. The CEO's obvious indifference to employee welfare allows all of this to happen. They all patted themselves on the back when they installed monitoring software on all company computers. They won't celebrate their employees but they will celebrate that. I have always done my job with integrity but now we need to monitor every single click I make? Surveillance culture. They don't care.
