Pros

First off, you can't trust the reviews on this site because once a month they force an employee to write a positive review. They only ask one person at a time so it's not anonymous and you have to write something positive. The people you work with are great. The managers and the people lower in the company are some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. It's easy to get time off because you're hourly. If you just need somewhere to have a little bit of cash flowing in while you're looking for a real job, at least it's something to put on a resume.

Cons

The pay is terrible.. Zach, the CEO of the company, gave a speech where he said that if it wasn't for him, all his employees would be working at 7/11 and that's why he pays them so little. I don't know a single employee who isn't humiliated by how little they pay. Also, upper management is absolute crap. They got a $30 million investment recently and you know what they did for their employees with that money? Day old doughnuts. Dave routinely gives speeches about how if you don't like any aspect of working there, it's your own fault. He looks down on everyone beneath him and if you ever want to give feedback about the company, he won't hear it. Finally, good luck advancing at this company. They have no interest in developing your career skills or helping you move up. And even if you can move up, they'll only pay you $12.50 an hour. Can you survive in LA for less than $100 a day? I can't.
