Cons
- I was brought in as a "specialist" but was expected to function as an "analyst" within 8 months (SQL, regex, etc.). Awesome for skill building/experience, but to do it to their liking, I found it challenging to meet what they were looking for - Minimal opportunities to write or create any policy. There were a lot of complex reasons as to why this was, but at the end of the day, it was a very small part of the actual day to day - Thought diversity, this is a system that values heavy adaptability. - Autonomy/ownership, you function more as a helper
