      Bad Management - Project Manager ZBeta Employee Review

      Pros

      The benefits are good and they cover medical, dental and vision.

      Cons

      Management needs more training. They overwork us, micromanage and expect us to work 50-60 hrs per week on a 40 hr salary. The worst employees are the ones who get the raises while the rest of us get a 3% raise. Moral is bad among the team and half the company is looking for a new job.

Our goal is to provide adequate support to our teams to ensure that everyone feels valued and supported. We encourage our employees to have an open dialogue with their manager about workload. This has been shared with the leadership team and we’re working to address the areas of concern.

      Below market pay with promises of bonuses that never come Nearly impossible to get a raise and no COLA A mid-sized company that's stuck in the mom and pop stage No understanding of leadership and heavy on micro-management Rudderless ship drifting from one thing to the next
