Deliberate abuse of reps. The management simple does not care about the reps at all. Examples, dumpy hotels in dangerous parts of town. Company deliberately books hotels far from show locations so you have to commute from hotel to show and adding hours of unpaid time to the workday, when it it would have been simple and more economical to book across the street. The do this so the sales reps can't easily go to the hotel during the work day. In any road show you are on the company clock for at least 24-30 hours of unpaid time.
Company promises medical benefits. it never happens. Company promises free car giveaway, it never happens.
Company claims they over pay by "accident" and then hold back thousands to make up for their mistake, with no notice. Leaving sales reps stranded with no money to eat at road shows.
Paychecks are constantly screwed up with lost sales due to customer service dept blunders.
It looks like the company has financial problems. The machines are always delivered late. Then the customer service people lie to the customers so the agents have to take the heat and do unpaid customer service to save deals.
Machine is way overpriced. same machine is sold in china for $198 essential the management is getting rich of the backs of sales reps and not giving anywhere near a fair paycheck.
ZAAZ studios lie about the benefits of the machines and represents the machine to be a cure all for everything.
Management is rude, condescending, dishonest and controlling in the most negative way.
