Pros

There is an amazing energy on the Z57 sales floor and management works hard to create fun spiff ($$$) games and incentives to work hard and be productive. There are uncapped commissions and top producers make 6 figures. There is a ramping period, so new sales reps have a great opportunity to make money in their first couple of months. The training is incredible and if you follow their sales process you will make money. We also do really fun company hosted events and many employees enjoy weekly happy hour after work!

Cons

None really, but if you don't want to put hustle and grind, you won't make very much. I actually like the hours, because I get off early enough to enjoy my afternoon, but if you aren't a morning person it may take a few weeks to adjust to the early hours.

Pros

I am reading a bunch of negative reviews about Z57. I worked a Z in the early years when it was basically a startup. For those who are complaining that it’s a sweat shop or the music is loud, I’m telling you now get out of sales. Twenty years later , the processes, methods and ways to sell have been, and will be the foundation of high level sales jobs. I’m in the consulting space now, selling into C level executives at Fortune 100 companies and what I learned at Z is still a huge part of how I work. I’m around Ivy League MBAs all day who have worked for Google, McKinsey etc and they come to me and want to know about my sales process. I always to the Z story

Cons

Not sure anymore but could have expanded outside RE

Pros

Coworkers. Only reason I couldn’t just stop showing up (which A LOT of ppl do/did).

Cons

Worked like a dog; doing 3 different positions’ workload/responsibility and being compensated less than half of what you’d get literally anywhere else. If I was any more specific it would be immediately obvious who I am/who wrote this lol. Let’s just say sweat equity and company loyalty mean absolutely nothing here. You’re a cog in the machine; as easily replaceable as a spare tire - and will be treated as such.
