      Pros

      - Free tickets to shows - Great foot in the door in the music industry - CEO is incredible

      Cons

      - Unfortunately a few bad apples ruin it. I experienced extreme bias toward me which resulted in me leaving the company. - NO work/life balance. Was expected to be available pretty much 24/7. This job sucked the soul out of me. - Extremely low pay. Unlivable wages. Most people who work here have 1 or 2 other jobs / side hustles to make ends meet.

      Free concert tickets at Z2 operated venues. Very friendly group of people to work with. Learned a lot about the music industry.

      Free concert tickets! Ability to learn a lot very quickly. Lots of great people that love music and love what they do.

      Cons

      Independent company with limited resources. Extremely fast-paced environment. Work-life balance is not great, but seems to be getting better.
