I would say that is the best please to work, very nice and professional people.

I couldn't find any cons in this company

Constant flow of developing new products kept the daily grind interesting. Enjoyed the Co-workers which helped make work less stressful. Being a small company, got to work with all departments within the company.

What made the work interesting by having a constant flow of new products, was a double edge sword that put a time crunch on effectively getting a solid product out the door. Would not recommend working here fresh out of college.
