The office in Hollywood is nice. The job itself is relatively low-stress. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a relaxed atmosphere. The hours are a solid 9-5, though management tends to come in late and leave early, if they come in at all, which gives it an even more comfortable feel.

Despite the parent company's success in Asia, they have a lack of experience and understanding of the American television industry and business practice in general. There is no clear direction, it changes every day. Staff rarely knows what the future holds. Executives from India are rarely in the office and don't offer any insight to corporate goals. There isn't really any room for advancement. The company simply isn't staffed well enough. Most importantly: they don't pay any bill on time. From freelancers to vendors, to agencies... you will wait weeks or months after due dates to get paid. You may have to have a lawyer write a letter. You may have to sue. If you need payment in any sort of normally accepted professional timeframe, do not work for them.
