company has absolutely no direction and no hope for the future. the 2 founders have left the business and the magic is totally gone. these guys grew the business to a huge success over a few years and in the last year had a lot of problems with their other shareholders from taiwan. and now they are gone and the taiwanese own the company and we have no idea where it is going . im pretty sure its nowhere as as the management team are the worst management team i have ever worked for in my life and most employees here fees the same. company has no vision , no founders passion and is owned by taiwanese who dont understand the nuances of the business. i have no idea why they invested in this business as the one thing i have been told to invest in is people. if you take out the 2 people who got the business to where it is .. then whats left .. ? nothing
