Pros

Great Discount Free products monthly for new lines Commission

Cons

These comments reflect experiences I have gone through in the 3-4 years I have worked here. Sales Associates should be given more hourly, really underpaid (considering the amount of knowledge they are required to learn about skin care, services, how to sell etc) Underpaid staff that take hits for many customers that complain and are at times extremely rude. Main problems are about marketing and upper management faults. Threats that customers have against staff if free gifts are not given Rewards program is very confusing at times for customers and they reflect this stress on to the sales Managers get it easy since they barely do any actual work and happily make their commission based on the effort of how hard everyone else works (I'VE SEEN THIS WORKING FULL TIME) Not enough products and gifts are sent to each store which makes customers complain and pick fights with staff Clients can be extremely buji , rude and racist to staff if you aren't white or don't have perfect skin. Alot of the management is European and very little change can be made unless you are white. Vacation needs to be approved from head office AND your store manager. Even then, it can be denied if the store is expecting a busy week(s).
