      Open to ideas when presented with conclusive data. Flexible schedule, not micro managed, safety is heavily promoted, promotes from with in.

      Process to get things approved take a long time, does not hire entry warehouse positions.

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
