Your willingness to learn new things won't get wasted and you get freedom and encouragement to do so, obviously if time permits. Your voice is well heard if you have any issues/concerns and appropriately addressed by a defined process.
Cons
Since the company is still growing, some of processes still needs to be defined. They are trying hard to grow and getting success.
