Bad company for internships - Intern Yumping Employee Review

There are no pros about this company.

Terrible management. They are not motivation within this company, they will pressure you all the time, no growth within company, zero flexibility in taking your own decisions and working from home, no competitive salaries, lack of accountability (they will blame you for all the mistakes the platform has), they yell at you whenever they can, zero honest practices and the list could go on and on.

Good and young vibe and atmosphere

Terrible leadership, Middle management non-existent. There was not much to learn and no responsibilities were given. No growth at all. It's just a job to use temporarily as a platform while you search for something else. It is not recommended to join unless desperate or unemployed.
