      Pros

      The monthly value award trophies are really fun and creative. Like everything bagel trophy to represent "all around" values and the glass of water trophy to represent "transparency".

      Cons

      The awards are virtual right now as we are all working from home! I look forward to people having the awesome value award trophies on their desk again.

      Loved the people and the work. Truly one of my top jobs. Wonderful, supportive team.

      Cons

      Parent company didn't do a good job to support this division and laid everyone off.
